Bromeswell Dining Table

This table is made from recycled teak originating from ancient houses on the Indonesian island Java, which is contrasted with a smooth black steel frame which has also been recycled from old pipes, demolished ships and industrial waste. The tapered legs feature a boomerang design, supported by a central bar to allow room for seating on all sides of the table.

Each table has been handcrafted by local artisans committed to keeping their traditional methods alive by creating contemporary inspired pieces of furniture. This reclaimed table has thereby been sustainably sourced with the materials derived from low-risk sources which is also environmentally beneficial. Due to the reclaimed nature of this piece, each table will differ slightly, rendering it completely unique which we feel makes it even more charming.

The beauty of this natural and reclaimed product means your piece may display the following characteristics: nail marks, dents, scratches, bore holes, infills and wood filler. Cracks and splits may occur in recycled wood and it will also gain warmth and character as it ages within the home which is perfectly normal with this type of material. Natural oils from the teak sustain the wood and provide it with character, we advise no or minimal treatment of the wood
