Set Of 3 Skillet and Handle

This handcrafted cookware is ideally suited to the Kadai, these skillets allow food to be cooked in delicious sauces and seasoning. They are also great for vegetarian cooking as they keep food separated on the grill. This set of skillets also comes with a useful lifting handle to remove them from the heat.

• Handmade in Rajasthan
• It comes with a protective food-sade coating that will require a tradtional curing process prior to use.
• Cure by heating the skillets to a medium temperature and then wash vigorously in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin coat of cooking oil. Heat the skillets to a high temperature until the oil smokes. Repeat this process several times until an even 'black' coat is achieved.
• Do not put in the dishwasher as this removes the natural oiled finish.
