Bought the whole diffuser originally as it was a really nice smell. Had to order the refill online as several times whilst visiting the shop in Snape it was never available which was disappointing and meant I had to pay for unnecessary postage!

This chair is the perfect size for me. I find most armchairs uncomfortably large for my 5 foot frame. It provides good support and the colour fits very well with the decor of the room I have put it in.

Have been looking for a refill of fliers d’église and Snape Maltings had it! Arrived on time, carefully packaged and it’s just as lovely a scent as I remember ped it.

Sofa was delivered within expected time frame. Very pleased with it. Always difficult to imagine finished product since we chose a very different material from the one in the shop. But it looks great. Sam, the
furniture administrator was very helpful in giving us information on the options and being flexible on a delivery date.

Having bought 2 poufs from Snape in the Kelim style a few months ago, recently I was delighted to find on their website just the right cushions to match them. My room looks great and I'm highly delighted with my purchase and customer service. All other retailers are charging nearly double the price for just a cushion cover in this style, so the price for an entire cushion greatly added to my customer satisfaction.

Saw a lovely writing desk while visiting last summer but didn’t buy. Looked to see if it was still available and found out that not only was it available it was reduced by £250 so we bought online.
